Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) invites Online Applications from the Candidates deemed to be Eligible for recruitment to Management Trainee  (MT) Posts in different disciplines. Those Applicants, who fulfill the Post-specific Benchmarked Eligibility Criteria and Standards may apply Online. Selection Process: The Selection process for the Positions of Management Trainees consists of 01) Online Test and 02) Personal Interview with 100% Due Weight age as follows:

Due Weight age

Online Written Test:80%

Personal Interview: 20%

Total 100%

The Candidates selected for Management Trainee will be put to undergo 01-Year Training and will be offered a consolidated/Lump sum stipend of Rs. 30000.00 Per Month, Free Lodging facility will be provided at company’s hostel in case of posted in Trombay/Thal.

Following successful completion of One-year’S training, the Candidates will be absorbed in E1 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 40000- Rs.140000.

Each Selected Management Trainee Incumbent at the time of joining shall have to furnish a Bond amount of Rupees One Lac in the form of Fixed Deposit with the lien marked to the RCF Ltd. for a period of 04 years including One-year of training. In case any of the Management Trainee not being in a position of depositing the Bond Amount in advance, the Bond Amount shall be recovered by way of Monthly Deductions from the Stipend and converted to Fixed Deposit at the end of the Financial Year.
